1 cup soyabean
1 chopped onion
2 chopped green chilies
1 chopped capsicum (Shmila Mirch)
1 chopped tomato
Half cup chopped green onion
1 chopped carrot
Oil -2-3 big spoon
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (Jeera)
2 teaspoons curd
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
Half teaspoon black pepper (Kali Mirch)
2 teaspoon corn flour (makka Aata)
Salt to taste
2 teaspoon soya sauce
2 teaspoon green chili sauce
2 teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoon finely chopped green coriander leaves
Directions to cook Soya Chilli Recipe
- To make soybean chilli, first take a pan and put water in it and heat it on the gas. Put some salt in it and add soybean in it. Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
- Then turn off the gas and let it cool down. When it cools down, squeeze out the water.
- After this, cut onion, tomato and capsicum into small pieces. Also chop green onion and green chillies.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry the soyabean well in it.
- Now take a pan and heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it and add cumin seeds in it. When the cumin seeds are roasted and turn light brown, then add soya sauce, tomato sauce, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper and corn flour and mix it.
- Also add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, green onions and capsicum. Now beat the curd and add it in it, also add salt according to taste.
- Now add chopped pieces of boiled carrot in it and add vinegar and fry it for a while. After that add 1 cup of water in it and cover it and cook well for 2-3 minutes.
- Now take it out in a vessel and add garnish it with chopped coriander.
- Now your tasty soya chilli is ready, serve it with hot roti or naan.
